Fara Cycling is a Norwegian company founded in 2015 by former professional cyclist Jeff Webb together with a passionate group of cycling and design enthusiasts. Originally located in the village of Stjørdal in Northern Norway, Fara moved to Oslo in 2018, the city they now call home.

Today, their team is made up of 15 men and women split between their offices in Oslo and Taiwan. The thread that binds Fara and Fara riders is that we all love riding bikes and we all believe in supporting local cycling communities. ‘This passion for cycling is what gives us both a sense of freedom but also one of responsibility: we can do whatever we want, but Fara would never create a product that we didn’t believe would enhance your cycling experience.’

Being a Norwegian company, Fara embraces the Norwegian design virtues of simplicity, honesty and quality. Their bikes and gear are to be beautiful and practical, clutter-free and efficient.

Fara Cycling is an independent company, still owned by their founders, employees and a handful of supportive investors. This gives them the freedom to dream and the courage to be true adventurers.
